Much of your development will take place between coaching sessions. You’ll notice that you:

Pay attention to what came up during coaching and start taking action
Use different methods to keep track of what changes for you. Journaling, asking for feedback and noticing how you feel, act and react
Actively commit to any actions and get curious about how they work.
Stay in contact for support, guidance and feedback.

Perform

When the coaching engagement draws to a close, we will land the learning together.

Consolidate everything you have experienced during the programme and deepen your commitment to growth
Celebrate your achievements and paint a clear picture for the future
Agree follow up actions or further recommendations.
